Brad Carr’s School of Photography

The School of Photography was built on the premise that every photographer has their own pair of eyes capable of seeing in ways that only they can.

As someone who turned to the creative arts to find healing and a belonging following some complex and traumatic early life experiences, I understand that every human being is unique.

My creative philosophies have been developed to extract every ounce of that uniqueness from a person, so they can see clearly the artist they are, beyond the conditioning and self-limiting beliefs imposed upon them by people not blessed with the tools that we have in our inventory today.

My learning experiences are a revolutionary blend of practical tuition, mindset coaching, and artistic & spiritual development. When you sign up for any experience with me, you are stepping through an energetic portal and opening yourself up to the infinite. Prepare to be transformed by the fires of creative practice and made aware of beauty previously unseen.

Through my learning experiences, you will learn not only to develop your vision to see the landscape in your own way, but you will also learn how to think critically about your work, adding a depth of meaning to what you choose to make.

Every experience has been carefully designed to build your creative confidence, challenge your thoughts and beliefs, and empower you to discover your own vision and unearth your creative voice; both of which will awaken the storyteller in you, capable of reshaping worlds.

“I have spent 3 days in total working with Brad, and it has been the most rewarding journey, from the first phone call to our latest workshop. Brad’s commitment to his clients was not bound by time or energy, for it was in abundance. I went with an open mind, heart, and a desire to grow as a photographer, and he has given me the foundations lot move forward with confidence. His energy, passion, enthusiasm, and insightfulness will, if you let it, propel you forward on a journey of self-discovery.’’

‘‘With the trained photographic eye, the artist learns to look beyond the immediately obvious composition for a more unique and interesting perspective on a location. Through the practice of photography, one begins to experiment with different angles and focal lengths in an attempt to create something completely unique and add interest to their creation. It is through the practice of photography that the abstract and out-of-the-box thinkers are rewarded with more interesting, thought-provoking, and conversation-opening photographs.’’
