In:Nature Group Mindful Creative Walks

Creativity-focused alternative Nature-based therapy services across Mid Wales, Snowdonia, North Wales, and Shropshire. Brad Carr is a professional photographic artist, writer, public speaker, and creative practitioner living and working in Mid Wales. He works with people of all age groups and ability levels on a one-to-one basis and within a group environment.

Come and join me, Brad Carr, and a small group of creative, like-minded people on a walk amongst legendary trees, in pursuit of purpose, meaning, healing, and deep wisdom to carry forth for future generations.

Through these walks, we will be exploring the outer and inner worlds and studying our own unique relationship between the two, looking at ways in which we can deepen our relationships with Nature, ourselves, and each other.

We will use the mediums of photography and writing through journaling practices to gain deeper self-awareness and understanding, express and uncover further parts of our authentic selves, and create beauty from our collective pain and struggles.

EXPERIENCE PERSONAL & SPIRITUAL GROWTH

A black-and-white portrait of a man outdoors with land and hills in the background, wearing a fedora hat, beard, and casual jacket.

‘‘Over the past seven years, creativity has been transformational for me and my own world. Through photography and writing, I have achieved immense amounts of healing and rescued parts of my own soul. My general sense of well-being has improved significantly, and I have forged a tremendous purpose through the arts.

Nature, and the trees, in particular, have been my sanctuary and safe space. I liken the trees to my father, best friends, and therapist, and their impact on my life has been unprecedented. I have experienced, firsthand, the profound benefits that they can have on the human spirit, and, if it weren’t for their unlimited offerings of love, patience, and support, I wouldn’t exist in this form today.’’

These walks will be an opportunity to form connections with Nature, yourself, and each other, engage in open, honest, thoughtful conversation about topics that go deeper than the weather, politics, and the news.

They are an invitation for you to come and engage the childs’ mind; by exploring your curiosity, rediscovering awe and wonder, and using imagination to create a better future for humanity.

We will, through conversation, reflect, at times, upon the past, but not dwell, so that we can move forwards together towards a world where love, truth, and peace reigns over all.
