What to Expect
Immersive Nature Walks
Slow down and breathe deeply in natural settings that inspire clarity and calm. Let the trees become your therapist, offering stability, consistency, presence, awareness, and grounding. Find stillness, tune into your deeper self, and observe many of the subtle nuances within yourself and the landscape.Guided Photography
Learn to see the world (and yourself) differently through the lens and approach situations from many angles. No technical skills required—just lots of curiosity and a willingness to notice what calls to you and connects with your soul. Bring a camera or use a mobile phone to explore the inner and outer worlds and translate the stories that you hold inside.Reflective Journaling
Words flow more easily when surrounded by trees and tuned into the sounds of birdsong that help to stop the wandering mind in its tracks. Through gentle prompts and reflective conversation, you'll tap into deep insights, access newfound, innate wisdom, and reconnect with your authentic, inner voice.Open, Honest Conversation
Engage in deep, inspiring, and insightful conversations about many of the topics that often go unspoken through our busy lives. You’ll be guided to a place of deeper self-awareness and understanding of yourself and this existence, and find your own answers to many of the questions that you have had burning away inside for many years.A Safe, Supportive Space
These sessions are held with patience, love, care, confidentiality, and respect. There is no judgment—just a quiet invitation to explore, feel, engage your sense of wonder, and express whatever your soul calls for you to release in whatever way you desire.
Through these walks, we will be exploring the outer and inner worlds and studying our own unique relationship between the two, looking at ways in which we can deepen our relationships with Nature, ourselves, and each other, and co-create a more beautiful world for tomorrow.
We will use the mediums of photography and writing through journaling practices to gain deeper self-awareness and understanding, express and uncover further parts of our authentic selves, and create beauty from our collective pain and struggles. You are also more than welcome to use this space to express yourself in whatever way you might feel called to. Allow me and the trees to witness you in a non-judgmental, relaxed, safe space.

‘‘Over the past seven years, creativity has been transformational for me and my world. Through photography and writing, I have achieved immense amounts of healing and rescued parts of my own soul. My general well-being has improved significantly, and I have forged a tremendous sense of purpose through the creative arts.
Nature, and the trees, in particular, have been my sanctuary and safe space. I liken the trees to my father, best friends, and therapist, and their impact on my life has been unprecedented. I have experienced, firsthand, the profound benefits that they can have on the human spirit, and, if it weren’t for their unlimited offerings of love, patience, and support, I wouldn’t exist in this form today.’’

Why Nature & Creativity?
The most profound healing doesn’t usually happen inside four walls. It occurs under a canopy of autumn leaves, with your hands wrapped around a warm mug, your feet wandering through the soil, and a pen or camera in hand, whilst the symphony of birdsong engages your mind and the trees hold your weary body.
Mother Nature has a unique way of holding space, without judgment, expectation, or agenda. She is our greatest healer and the wisest of teachers. She mirrors our seasons, honours our body’s natural rhythms, and gently reminds us that everything is part of a cycle: growth, stillness, change, and renewal. When we step outside, we realise that we are a part of something bigger than ourselves—something timeless, alive, and infinite. We connect with what is ancient, sacred, numinous, even.
Through creativity, we can make sense of our life’s journey. Through images, words, and quiet observation, we tap into the part of ourselves that doesn’t like to speak through words alone. Whilst immersed in creativity, we engage the senses and the mind, and we bypass the inner critic. Creativity invites curiosity and wonder. It lets us explore what’s tender, what’s true, and what’s waiting to emerge from within our souls. It is a way to discover who we are beyond who we think we are and have been conditioned to be in a world that often doesn’t value uniqueness and the soul’s true, authentic expression.
Together, nature and creativity unite to form the perfect therapy—a way to process emotions, release trapped energy, find meaning and purpose, and reconnect with the parts of ourselves that might have been forgotten or silenced through years of hiding or playing small to fit into society.
These walks are not about being a writer or a photographer.
These sessions are about being present: with yourself, with Nature, with the infinite.
They are about being honest. Being seen.
Being you, in a way that feels authentic, honest, and free.
These walks will be an opportunity to form connections with Nature, yourself, and others, and engage in open, honest, thoughtful conversation about topics that go deeper than the weather, politics, and the news.
They are an invitation for you to come and engage the childs’ mind; by exploring your curiosity, rediscovering awe and wonder, and using imagination to create a better future for yourself and the collective of humanity.
We will, through conversation, reflect, at times, upon the past, but not dwell, so that we can move forward together towards a world where love, truth, and peace reign over all.
